Passed my Driving Test

Such a huge relief to pass my driving test after an exhaustive sixth attempt. Took it at the local Heckmondwike test centre and the examiner was a Mr George Bond (he's infamous around here for the amount of people he fails). For some reason he was in a cheery mood, maybe because it was early in the morning; test began at 8:40 and ended at 9:15.

In the test I did two roundabout's, corner reverse and a three point turn. Luckily the roads were busy and I managed to stay local. The bastad thing is I've spent 3 k over 2 and a half years to get to this stage, at one point I was going to pack it all in (I think it was after the 4th attempt) but then I thought I have spent loads
already might as well continue. Did you know that Heckmondwike has the 7th worst pass rate in the whole of the country? Nah I didn't think so.

The most embarrassing test I gave was my third, the examiner told me to do an emergency stop and I slammed the clutch and the ACCELERATOR (instead of the brake) and the car was fuming, smoke coming from everywhere! Ah something to remember.

Onto something else, the reason I haven't been posting/surfing much is because I am trying to launch a football site, url is footyonline.com. I've been doing the programming and design (which totally sucks and will improve later) and a friend has agreed to help write some articles. I just finished sorting the comment section out and I think it's done, guys please tell me what you think over at http://www.footyonline.com/

anyways congratulations, your probbaly one of the few drivers on the road arround here thats made an effort and actualy passed his driving, yay!

Wed 25th May 05 06:12:00 PM 2 Lever: Ah, congratulations that man :) Now that you're not under the beady eye of the examiner, try not to hit the clutch/accelerator combo again, OK? Especially not whilst cruising and trying to look good for the chicks LOL
