2 hours early

Went to work today and after parking my car I’m thinking where’s the rest of the cars? As I was walking towards the entrance it all suddenly clicked in. I realised our workplace had computer upgrades planned for today which meant I was 2 hours early, what a bummer. I was contemplating whether to go back home or not – but when I thought about it further, I would only be home for half an hour before setting off again. Not worth it.

So I decided to go walkies to the town centre, and I have to say Leeds town is friggin ace on a Sunday morning. There were just the right amount of people (and cars – not jam-packed like it usually is) and the weather was perfect at that time in the morning too.

The 2 hours surprisingly flew by, I was eating anything I could get my hands on and went to sit in the park and read a copy of the Sunday Times. I was luvvin’ it. I always knew I was a nature boy but never to this degree. This has to be the highlight of my day mainly because I was least expecting it. As the teletubbies would say “Again, again, again!”.
