get a life, obviously typical american arogant person. It might not be bad in america but in my country when a gora looks at an asian and says 'paki' he means it in a derogatry way. Have you ever been called a paki in a negative way...i dont think and thats why you say it.

Thats the post that annoyed you Babu isnt it? I believe that post is quite funny and that was the reason I put it up, not to degrade Pakis in anyway.

I feel I've explained myself about the word Paki in my earlier post, so I wont there again.

the daddy - I wouldnt find it offensive if an indian called me one because we refer to each other as gujji and pakis. No party is offended as we both know we're using it as slang.

lads, the truth remains the word 'paki' was derived to be negative and put the person down. like you guys have said its when someone other than a pakistani calls you a 'paki' do you get offended and this is true in my case aswell.

Lets look at africans. they call each 'nigga' all the time and if someone else called them this its offensive, racist and degrading. this is same as us. the word 'nigga' been, has and will always be used to degrade the black people. but the black people, after having talked to them, admit they only use the word to 'piss off' the white people, their theory is that if you call yourself nigga then nobody will call you it becuase it losses the meaning. now you see even white men call themselves and each other nigga.

basically it is offensive and i find it offensive if say an Indian called me a paki.

From your comment it seems once you call someone a Paki they are no longer human, what's that about?

I, as a Paki myself, do not find it offensive or derogative if I was called one. It's people like you who make a big deal out of it and cause unnecessary attention.
